Teresa I was sad to hear of the loss of your mother. I also smiled as I thought of how she and my mom, June Smisor, are now back to being able to sit with one another and laugh together again . . and who knows . . maybe even catch an episode of Cops. Your mom was a precious friend to my mom and their friendship sustained my mom in so many ways. I always enjoyed the times I went to visit my mom only to find her in your mom's room. It gave me a chance to visit with both of them and Betty always greeted me with a big hug and even bigger smile. She was a truly beautiful soul who loved her family so much! As you grieve may you find comfort in knowing she is in the arms of her Heavenly Father who will also carry you through this valley. I was a witness to the love you all showed for your mom and may you find peace in all your wonderful memories. With love and prayers June's daughter Jennifer

I wish to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of Betty.I grew up knowing the Kirby family when I moved to Clifton when I was 5. I moved to Wellford in the middle 80's and lived in Duncan for 5 years as I worked at Bertelsman Music Co. I once went on a bus trip with Betty as a member of the Hospitality club.
