Condolence & Memory Journal

She was one of the best .she will be missed by everyone who knew her. She loved everybody and was one of the best Christian women I ever knew. She allways made me think of her mother,(my grandmother) and I know I will see her again in heaven.

There are no words to express how myself and my family loved Ms. Lillie. From the first time we met her she just took us under her wings and treated us like a grandmother. She was the kindest and most spiritual lady I have ever met. When you were feeling down - you could go to the mailbox and there a note would be scribbled in her sweet little handwriting that would always have a Bible verse that fit what you were going through at the time. I always called her for any prayer requests that I had because I told her she had a direct line to Jesus himself. I remember one time she was in the hospital and my mama had a procedure that morning at a different hospital, well guess who called to encourage and pray for Mama, YES Ms. Lillie.
She will be greatly missed, but we are thankful for the impression she left with us and all the lessons she taught us on how to be a true Christian. We will forever love you Ms. Lillie (Grandma). I can see you shouting and praising the Lord and can't no one stop you! Tell all of our loved ones we will see all of you soon! The Skates Family
